You have the right to return the products you bought within 7 working days from the date you receive the products.
In this case, the transport company (agency) or courier service that serves you is selected and you will be charged the return cost.
Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them.
- We do not accept products that have been damaged or their packaging is not what normally accompanies the product.
- The products must be in excellent condition with their factory packaging (box or jelly).
- You must deliver the products with all the documents with which the product was delivered (receipt of retail sale or invoice and transfer note).

Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.
